Production questions, answered clearly.

Use these answers as a general guide. Your final production path, quantities, timing and material decisions are confirmed after we review the actual collection.

General guidance

These answers explain Angora's normal approach without inventing a fixed rule for every project.

Project-specific review

When you send your collection details, we can review what applies to your product, materials, quantities and target timing.

Start a project
Do you work with new brands and start-ups?

Yes. Angora supports both emerging and established brands. The right path depends on how developed your collection already is, the number of styles, materials, quantities and whether you need sampling, sourcing support or a fuller production programme.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We use a flexible-quantity approach rather than presenting one universal number for every project. Quantities are reviewed according to style count, colors, size breakdown, materials, construction and the overall production programme. Share your estimated quantity in the Project Builder and we can review the right structure.

Can I send a tech pack or reference files?

Yes. You can start with a tech pack, sketches, product references, sample garments or a combination of these. The Project Builder accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP and ZIP reference files up to 10 MB.

How does sampling work?

Sampling starts after the project direction, materials and technical requirements are reviewed. Patterns and prototypes are developed for fit, construction and detail review. Comments and approvals are used to move the product toward a production-ready version before bulk manufacturing.

Can you help source fabrics, linings and trims?

Yes. A brand may arrive with nominated materials or ask for material guidance. We can review base fabrics, lining and support needs, color direction, trims and components as part of product development. Availability and documentation should be confirmed for the exact material selected.

Can existing catalog styles be customized?

Yes. Catalog references are starting points rather than fixed retail products. Colors, materials, prints, trims, labels, packaging and selected construction or silhouette details can be reviewed for customization, subject to technical feasibility.

Can you add our labels, hangtags and packaging?

Branding and packaging can be included as part of the finishing process. Labels, hangtags, care information and packaging requirements should be discussed early so specifications, sourcing and timing can be aligned with the production programme.

How long does sampling and production take?

Timing depends on product complexity, material availability, sample revisions, approval speed, order scope and the production schedule. We prefer to discuss the target launch or delivery date early and confirm realistic timing after the project and materials are reviewed.

Do you work with international brands?

Yes. Angora exports to 10+ markets and works with international brands from its Istanbul production base. Delivery and shipment coordination are reviewed according to the destination and project requirements.

What production capacity can Angora support?

Angora has 100+ production professionals and 100K+ pieces production capacity. Actual project capacity and scheduling depend on product complexity, materials, quantities and the production calendar, so each programme is reviewed individually.

Can you produce swimwear using recycled or certified materials?

We can review recycled, certified or supplier-specific material options when they are appropriate for the product. Sustainability or certification claims should only be used after the exact material, supplier and supporting documentation have been confirmed.

Can you help if we are moving production from another supplier?

Yes. Existing brands can share current product references, approved samples, technical files and production requirements for a supplier-transition review. We use those materials to clarify construction, materials, quality expectations, quantities and the approval path before production. Brands should only provide designs and files they are authorized to use.

What information should I send for a project review?

The most useful starting information is your product category, current project stage, estimated style count, approximate quantity, material needs, target timing, primary market and any available references or tech packs. The Project Builder collects these details step by step.

How do you approach quality control?

Quality control is treated as part of the production journey rather than only a final inspection. Product consistency, measurements, construction and finishing expectations are kept visible through checkpoints, followed by final inspection and dispatch readiness.

What does your responsible manufacturing information include?

Angora presents its Sedex membership and responsible business information as trust signals. Material, sustainability and certification claims are handled carefully: supplier-specific or product-specific claims should be supported by the relevant documentation before they are presented as facts.
