Selected projects · Collection stories

Different starting points. One clear production path.

A new label, an established sourcing team and a color-led product range do not need the same kind of support. These collection stories show how the Angora workflow can adapt to different project situations.

Why project stories matter

The website should show more than finished products.

The real B2B question is not only “Can you make this?” It is “Can you understand where our brand is now, what we already have, and what needs to happen next?”

For that reason, these stories focus on the project logic behind a collection: the starting material, the decisions that need to be aligned, and the production path that follows.

These are capability-based project formats built from Angora’s existing product, development and production workflow. No client name, confidential data or unverified performance claim is used.

Project format · Launch capsule

From early references to a focused first collection.

For an emerging label, the challenge is often not a lack of ideas — it is narrowing those ideas into a manageable product direction that can actually be sampled and produced.

Start

Sketches, inspiration, target customer and a small product wish list.

Align

Silhouettes, fabrics, colors, fit priorities, quantities and launch timing.

Move

Sampling, approval checkpoints and a production plan built around the chosen capsule.

Project format · Supplier transition

Move an existing range to a new production partner with less ambiguity.

Established brands often arrive with more information: approved products, tech packs, repeat styles, nominated materials or previous production samples. The job becomes controlled translation rather than starting from zero.

Start

Existing styles, samples, technical files, quantity requirements and quality expectations.

Align

Construction details, materials, measurements, approval method and production responsibilities.

Move

Pre-production review, controlled bulk manufacturing, QC and delivery coordination.

Project format · Color-led range

Use a tight group of silhouettes to build a broader visual collection.

Not every assortment needs many different shapes. A strong base silhouette can become a more substantial range through controlled color, print, trim and material choices.

Start

A shortlist of silhouettes with a defined customer and seasonal color direction.

Align

Shade consistency, material behavior, lining, hardware and color placement.

Move

Approved colorways grouped into a coherent assortment for sampling and production.

Product + process

The strongest manufacturing story combines both.

Editorial product imagery creates desire. Development, sampling and production imagery creates confidence. Angora needs both to speak to global B2B buyers.
